While Hurricane Earl grabs the headlines as it moves toward the U.S. East Coast, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) is tracking two other Atlantic storms, one of which is threatening some Caribbean islands.
Tropical Storm Fiona is passing north of the Leeward Islands, as of the NHC's 2:00 p.m. update. A tropical storm warning is in effect for St. Martin and St. Barthelemy.
Additionally, a tropical storm watch is in effect for Antigua, Barbuda, Montserrat, St. Kitts, Nevis and Anguilla, as well as St. Maarten, Saba and St. Eustatius.
