Brown & Brown said it has acquired Meridian Group of New York Inc. and Eberhart & Company Insurors Inc. of Roswell, Ga. Financial terms of the transactions were not released.
Meridian Group, with annual revenues of approximately $1.3 million, provides life, health and other employee benefits products and services to individuals, businesses, public entities, nonprofit organizations, unions and associations throughout New York State.
