Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced the acquisition of Winn & Co. Insurance Brokers, Inc. in Hollister, California. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The Itasca, Ill.,-based brokerage said Winn & Co. is a retail insurance brokerage offering risk management, commercial property and casualty, benefits and personal insurance services.
