A survey of consumers has found insurers and agents score better than banks when it comes to the issue of who is a better advocate for them, and independent agents scored high on the list.
Forrester Research Inc. released its seventh annual customer advocacy rankings survey where it asked 4,500 consumers to rank 46 banks, investment firms and insurance companies in the United States on the issue. The survey was conducted by mail during the months of August and September of last year.
