|The Professional Insurance Agents of New York announced theywill hold their annual Metropolitan Regional Awareness Program Jan.28 at the New York Marriott in Brooklyn, N.Y.
|PIANY said the event will offer two continuing education classeshosted by Ivan Cohen. One class will cover New York and New Jerseymultistate workers' compensation exposure issues, and the otherwill cover instruction on errors and omissions loss preventionissues for insurance agents and brokers.
|The meeting will also feature a trade show and the New YorkYoung Insurance Professionals networking reception.
|This is the first of three regional programs for 2010. The othertwo are scheduled for Long Island in April and the Hudson Valley inthe fall.
