The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers and LexisNexis announced they have partnered to build a Web-based insurance exchange for the independent agent-based distribution system.
The groups said their new exchange, which will begin test runs next summer, will automate and simplify insurance intermediary/insurer distribution workflow and enable access to key market information and analytics for better decision-making.
