Daytona Beach, Fla.-based insurance broker Brown & Brown Inc. said it has acquired the group employee benefits division of Roussel & Associates, LLC, located in Brentwood, Tenn.
Brown & Brown said Roussel & Assoc. is an established financial services agency and will continue to offer a range of financial products and services to individuals and businesses in Brentwood and the greater Nashville metropolitan area.
