|Chicago-based insurance broker Hub International Ltd. announcedit has acquired Rettenmier Benefits Group Inc. of Everett, Wash.,the second Washington state acquisition this month. Transactionterms were not released.
|Hub said Rettenmier is an employee benefits consulting andinsurance brokerage firm serving businesses and individuals in thePacific Northwest since 1960.
|The firm will join Hub Northwest and continue to operate fromits current location.
|Hub said the addition of this location expands Hub Northwest'spresence to a new territory north of Seattle.
|Late last week, Hub said it acquired Meier Insurance Agency ofBothell, Wash.
