Insurance Technologies Corporation and Agency Data Transfer Services have announced a joint agreement in which the two companies will merge. ADTS now will be part of the Insurance Technologies’ prefill division. The division will utilize ADTS technology for eliminating data entry by insurance carriers, MGAs, and agents.

“This is an important strategic alliance for ADTS, since ITC’s infrastructure will assist in delivering quality products to our customers,” says Dave Huff, president of Agency Data Transfer Systems. “Our clients will benefit from ITC’s software expertise, support, and quality control procedures.”
