Daytona Beach, Fla.-based insurance broker Brown & Brownsaid it has acquired One Source Insurance Inc. of Noblesville, Ind.Terms of the deal were not released.
One Source Insurance, with annual revenues of approximately $1.3million, provides individual and group life, health, and otheremployee benefits products and services to individuals, businessesand organizations throughout Indiana.
R. John Elmer, president of One Source, and his staff willcontinue to operate from their existing office.
