Willis Group Holdings has named Matthew Wilson as chief operating officer of Willis Global Specialties and Mike Pinard as COO of the group's Financial and Executive Risks division, FINEX Global.
In his new position, Mr. Wilson will focus on improving operational efficiency and supporting the strategic growth plan for the Global Specialties Division. He spent the last nine years with the firm working in various capacities, most recently serving as COO of Shaping our Future Marketing.
Mr. Pinard will be working closely with Roland Avery, chairman of FINEX Global, to ensure the efficiency of the Financial and Executive Risks division. Prior to his current appointment he was an operations director for Willis Global Specialties.
