Decision Research Corporation (DRC), a rating and policy processing software solution provider to the property/casualty insurance industry, has announced it will offer the HP Exstream enterprise document automation solution to DRC's DecisionMaker clients.
The HP Exstream solution will be sold as Software as a Service (SaaS). DRC clients that use HP Exstream will be able to produce personalized, relevant policyholder and agent communications, including quotes, policies, correspondence, and statements.
"By offering HP Exstream, we give our clients a world-class solution to manage their end-to-end policy administration process," says Karen Yamamoto, vice president of product development at DRC. "Our clients can be relieved of the challenges, time, and costs associated with installing, integrating, and maintaining hardware and software."
