Itasca, Ill.-based insurance broker Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. said it has acquired PartnerSource Inc. in Dallas, Texas. Transaction terms were not released.
Gallagher said PartnerSource is a retail insurance broker and consultant specializing in the design, implementation and ongoing support of nonsubscription programs and will serve as an alternative for Texas workers' compensation for clients with operations in Texas.
The firm said PartnerSource, in business since 1994, also provides nonmedical employee benefit programs with most of its national and multinational clients in the retail, manufacturing, health care, transportation, food service and hospitality industries.
