Marsh insurance brokerage has named Sanjay Kedia as chief executive officer and country manager for Marsh India Insurance Brokers Private Ltd. He replaces Jonathan Bitcheno, who retired after 30 years with Marsh.
Mr. Kedia started his career with Marsh in 2002, and was the first Indian business employee of Marsh in India. He became principal officer in 2003 when Marsh India received an insurance broking license as a composite broker in India.
Marsh said his experience spans insurance, reinsurance and banking, with a focus on natural resources, energy and infrastructure.
