The Delaware Captive Insurance Association (DCIA) said today that William Poole, Ph.D., former chief executive of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, will address the association's annual conference with a speech on U.S. economic policy and its market effects.
Titled "Risk Finance at the Crossroads," the conference will take place Oct. 7-8 in Wilmington, Del.
DCIA said other conference topics include the proposed federal oversight and expansion of the National Risk Retention Act as well as how to manage captive investments in changing times.
