Zurich North America Commercial said it has named Vibhu R. Sharma as chief financial officer.
The company said Mr. Sharma has served as executive vice president and chief operating officer for reinsurance broker John B. Collins Associates Inc., in Minneapolis, and has also worked for 17 years at CPA firm KPMG LLP in offices in Minneapolis, Kansas City and Dallas.
Mike Foley, Zurich North America Commercial chief executive officer, said in a statement that Mr. Sharma's knowledge "will enable our Finance unit to build on the momentum that has been created over the past few years."
