Itasca, Ill.-based insurance broker Arthur J. Gallagher &Co. said it has acquired Bankers Financial Benefits of OklahomaCity, Okla. Financial terms were not disclosed.
|Gallagher said Bankers Financial Benefits, in business since2001, provides employee benefit consulting and brokerage servicesincluding strategic analysis, plan design, legislative compliance,human resource services and employee communications support. Thefirm specializes in the banking and manufacturing industries.
|Gene Miller, John Naeher, the principals, and their seven-memberstaff will continue to operate at their current location under thedirection of John Neumaier, South central regional executive vicepresident of Gallagher's Employee Benefit Consulting &Brokerage operations.
