Skywire Software, a provider of software and services for the insurance industry, announced the general availability of Documaker 11.3, the newest version of its enterprise document automation and customer communications management (CCM) suite. The latest release features more than 90 customer- and market-driven enhancements.
Documaker helps insurers manage customer communications enterprisewide, including policy production, correspondence, and cross-selling campaigns across all locations and lines of business. Documaker 11.3 provides:
o Interactive publishing for real-time, on-demand documents such as policies, billing reminders, renewal letters, and claims correspondence.
o Expanded conversion capability, helping insurers maintain the intelligence and integrity of their data during legacy system migrations.
o Support for a variety of formats, platforms, databases, integration methods, and print streams for the insurance industry.
o Improved ease of application development.
o Support for high-volume output and enterprisewide document output management.
