An address by a Federal Emergency Management Agency official and educational courses covering flood insurance and errors and omissions coverage will be part of the Professional Insurance Agents of New York's first regional meeting.

The organization said Stephen Kempf, regional administrator with FEMA. will be the keynote speaker at the Jan. 24 meeting at the New York Marriott in Brooklyn, N.Y.

The conference will also feature an educational session on flood insurance instructed by Sheldon Hansen with Brouwer Hansen and Izdebski Associates from 8:00 a.m. to 10:40 a.m.
