Guy Carpenter has named Nick Frankland chief executive officer to the newly created position of European operations.
The reinsurance brokerage firm, a subsidiary of New York-based services firm Marsh & McLennan, said Mr. Frankland was formerly CEO of UK operations. He will be responsible for the firm's broking operations across both Continental Europe and the United Kingdom.
Andrew Marcell will continue in his role as CEO of continental European operations, with new responsibilities as global business development leader. He will report to Mr. Frankland.
