An interactive workshop that goes beyond risk identification, quantification and mapping, offering ways enterprise risk management can create measurable value in a company, is being offered by the Risk & Insurance Management Society.
The two-day workshop, "Enterprise Risk Management--Building a collaborative environment to sustain ERM," is to take place Oct. 15-16 at the RIMS offices in New York.
Risk managers who have just begun the ERM process in their organization will examine the different models that can be used. Those who wish to sustain or expand a their program will learn strategies on building a collaborative environment, examining drivers that can add new, measurable value.
