Reinsurance broker Guy Carpenter & Company said its U.S. subsidiary, Reinsurance Solutions International, and its U.K. affiliate, ReSolutions International Limited, are dropping the word international from their names.
The U.S. subsidiary will be renamed Reinsurance Solutions, LLC, and the U.K affiliate will be re-named Reinsurance Solutions Limited.
Both entities provide insurers, reinsurers and regulators with a wide range of tailored administrative, consulting and technology solutions, the broker said.
