William H. Malone Jr. was named the chairman of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of New Jersey during the group's 114th annual conference this week.
Mr. Malone, executive vice president of Continental Marmorstein & Malone in Paramus, N.J., will serve a one year term.
Jacqueline Frank, president of Tri-County Agency of Bricktown, N.J., will serve as chairwoman-elect. Terry Ryan, chief executive officer and president of Hanson & Ryan in Totowa, N.J., was named vice chairman, and Charles S. Stults III, president of Allen and Stults in Hightstown, N.J., will continue as state national director.
