Aon Corporation said it has been informed it is one of 195 major U.S. businesses given a 100 percent positive rating by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's Corporate Equality Index.
The Human Rights Campaign is an American civil rights organization that works to achieve equal treatment of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees.
Consumers and investors produce the index that rates employers on a scale from 0 to 100 on their treatment of that interest group.
