Allstate said approximately 2,000 employees at its headquarters in Northbrook, Ill., will take a hike tomorrow. No, they're not quitting.

Their pedestrian efforts have been organized by the company to kick off a 28-day “Walk to Wellness” campaign, it was announced.

According to the insurer, “it will be a day of changing mindsets” when workers at the main office join Allstate President and Chief Executive Officer Thomas Wilson for a 2-mile fitness walk.
