Chicago-based insurance broker Aon Corporation said it has appointed Hamish Roberts with the Jardine Lloyd Thompson group of companies as its global practice leader for its power business. The power business deals with generation and distribution of electricity.
He will be responsible for building Aon's strength and capabilities in this industry sector for the United Kingdom and Americas regions.
Aon said Mr. Roberts will join the company's London office once he has fulfilled his contractual obligations to JLT.
