Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) said it has begun publishing a new research journal “Variance: Advancing the Science of Risk.”
The Arlington, Va.-based group said the publication's peer-reviewed articles focus on original practical and theoretical research in non-life actuarial science and related areas in the science of risk.
Its publication, CAS said, is aimed at casualty actuaries and other risk professionals in general insurance worldwide.
