Insurance brokerage Willis Group Holdings and The Sullivan Group announced a strategic alliance to provide Willis' health care clients with additional and enhanced clinical risk management products and services.
Willis noted that The Sullivan Group, based in Oakbrook Terrace, Ill., was founded by President and Chief Executive Officer Dan Sullivan to aid the health care industry in establishing best practices, enhancing patient safety, and reducing medical errors and the resulting exposure to malpractice litigation.
Kevin Downs, Willis health care practice leader, said: "Willis' alliance with The Sullivan Group helps us deliver risk mitigation services to physician groups, a segment of the health care industry where we are seeking to expand our presence."
