A Connecticut consulting firm is inviting companies to participate in a study it is conducting that it describes as the first national survey of midsized employers' workers' compensation cost control practices.
WorkersCompKit.com of Mansfield, Conn., said all U.S. employers with 500 to 5,000 employees are eligible to take the online survey of their practices in 11 areas, such as post-injury procedures, safety, communication, medical-cost containment, return to work and fraud control.
Based on their answers, the firm said, participants will receive a numerical score from 1 to 100 and their ranking within all companies taking the survey. Survey registration is available by e-mailing [email protected].
