Cybersettle, Inc., an online dispute resolution developer, has launched Cybersettle 6.0, which allows users to resolve a greater number of disputes including unrepresented claims and complex multidefendant claims. "The new release furthers some of our most important business goals," says Charles Brofman, CEO and founder of Cybersettle. "We're now able to settle a greater number and variety of cases. This expands our reach and our ability to help more people settle claims faster."

Cybersettle's new system enables insurance adjusters and claimants to work together online to settle small claims. By allowing direct access between insurance adjusters and claimants, Cybersettle's interface empowers both parties to resolve claims that often are considered too small to warrant attorney representation but are extremely important to the claimant.

"The number of unrepresented claims that adjusters have to deal with daily keeps increasing," says Brofman. "By streamlining the settlement process for these claims, we're able not only to cut days, weeks, and sometimes months off the settlement process, dramatically cutting administrative costs on thousands of cases, but also help adjusters comfortably handle a larger caseload."
