BISYS Commercial Insurance Services said it has separately acquired a professional liability insurance broker and an environmental insurance brokerage services firm. Terms of both deals were not released.
Yesterday, BISYS said it acquired Livingston, N.J.-based David A. Ratner Associates and D&O Concepts, its wholesale affiliate.
BISYS Commercial--a subsidiary of outsourcing solution provider BISYS Group Inc., based in Roseland, N.J.--said the move gives clients of its wholesale brokerage arm, Tri-City Brokerage, access to Ratner Associates' exclusive arrangement as a managing general agent for its lawyers professional liability program, currently available in New York and New Jersey.
