Chicago-based insurance brokerage firm Acordia Inc. said it hasacquired Bodenhafer Insurance & Investment Group, withlocations in Fort Wayne and Indianapolis, Ind.
Terms of the deal were not released.
Acordia, a subsidiary of Wells Fargo & Company bank, saidBodenhafer, which has served customers throughout Indiana since1970, provides insurance products for business customers,specializing in employee benefits and estate planning.
