AMS Services, a provider of software solutions for the insuranceindustry, announced the acquisition today of BCF Technology Inc., aprivately-held insurance software and services provider based inNorth Carolina.
Prior to the acquisition, BCF Technology and AMS Services had amultiyear partnership involving collaboration on the technologywithin AMS product lines, said Bothell, Wash.-based AMS.
The company added that the acquisition strengthens AMS Services'ability to provide connectivity solutions to agents andcarriers.
