DRP Guide is launching a new offering of online assessment and diagnostic tools designed for the hiring, selection, and skills evaluation of insurance auto physical damage appraisers, independent auto appraisers, and staff personnel.

The online Estimating Proficiency Assessment, which is updated quarterly, randomly polls 100 questions from more than 350 questions developed by industry experts. Employers are presented with total questions answered correctly and a correlation to levels of proficiency.

"Coupled with our online Talent Insight assessment, which produces a 43-page report, this package takes much of the guesswork out of hiring estimating and appraisal personnel," says Jeff Weil, co-founder of DRP Guide. "These front-line employees are critical producers with relatively high turnover. Our tools improve the chances for the right fit for new hires while also providing a proficiency assessment for current employees."
