Claims News Service, June 21, 10:22 a.m. EDT — Cunningham Lindsey U.S. (CLUS), a third-party provider of independent claim adjusters, recently began its first 2006 Catastrophe Training Course for adjusters at Vale National, a subsidiary of CLUS.
The courses were first offered on an emergency basis but were so successful that CLUS decided to continue offering them to help adjusters prepare for this year's predicted busy hurricane season. Students of the class go though a three-week property training course, immediately followed by CLUS field training. The next scheduled class is Sept. 11-29, 2006.
“The addition of those who graduate to our catastrophe roster will enable us to further support our clients,” said Karl Nann, CLUS director of property and casualty.
