The new release allows individual users to customize thepresentation of all companywide information within MicrosoftOutlook. Users can create a comprehensive view of all electronicinformation across their organization tailored directly to how theyuse information.

The introduction of version 2.1 advances two of Q.Know's corefunctional areas--intelligent tagging and informationretrieval/organization. Rather than recreating document profiles ortagging files each time they enter the system, all document typeseither instantly inherit tagging attributes based on the project inwhich they reside or are quickly assigned tags with a couple of keystrokes. Q.Know maintains permanent associations across documents,spreadsheets, e-mail, presentations, etc., to transfer documentprofiles instantly among like items, housing them in discreetworking projects/real-time files.
