The Insurance Data Management Association has selected its nextpresident, and also recognized the contributions of others workingin the field.

Aimee Siliato, director of government relations and datamanagement for the Insurance Services Office, has been votedpresident-elect of the IDMA. Ms. Siliato will assume the positionin April 2007.

In addition, several members were recognized for their work inthe field of data management. Peter Marotta, principal consultantof data management at ISO, was named as the first recipient of theGary W. Knoble Service Award. The award, established in 2005,recognizes IDMA members for “significant volunteer contributions”to the data management profession.
