The Insurance Data Management Association has selected its next president, and also recognized the contributions of others working in the field.
Aimee Siliato, director of government relations and data management for the Insurance Services Office, has been voted president-elect of the IDMA. Ms. Siliato will assume the position in April 2007.
In addition, several members were recognized for their work in the field of data management. Peter Marotta, principal consultant of data management at ISO, was named as the first recipient of the Gary W. Knoble Service Award. The award, established in 2005, recognizes IDMA members for “significant volunteer contributions” to the data management profession.
