Insurance broker Acordia Inc. said it has acquired Edward C. Brodie Insurance Brokers Inc., in Sacramento, Calif.
Terms of the deal were not released, the Chicago-based insurance broker said.
Serving customers since 1963, Brodie Insurance provides insurance products for business and personal lines customers, with a heavy concentration on property-oriented accounts, real estate, property management, midsize construction, the emergency medical field and a large specialty division.
