Enterprise risk management, natural catastrophes and predictivemodeling will be featured topics during the May 7-10 Spring Meetingof the Casualty Actuarial Society, the group said.
CAS said the meeting this year at the El Conquistador Resort inFajardo, Puerto Rico has four general sessions planned:
o "Enterprise Risk Management Roundtable" will feature a panelof ERM experts who will share their experiences, explain how theirresponsibilities have changed over time, and describe how they seeERM evolving. They will also discuss some of the challenges theyhave faced implementing ERM and their "secrets of success," as wellas give their views on possible areas for additional research.
