GAB Robins, the Parsippany, N.J.-based claims service, said it has merged its insurance company services and risk management services divisions into one unit named GAB Robins North America.
GAB Robins said it merged these divisions to clarify the depth of its portfolio of products, which includes loss adjusting, third party administrative services, managed care and special investigations unit services.
The company has also named Robert K. Meyers president of the new unit. Prior to this appointment, he served as the president of GAB Robins' insurance company services division.
