National Arbitration Forum attorneys will speak at the AmericanBar Association's Section of Dispute Resolution Spring Conferenceon alternate dispute resolution next month.
The meeting, being held April 5-8 in Atlanta, Ga., will featurea skills training session titled “Discovery in Arbitration: WhatAdvocates and Arbitrators Can (and Cannot) Do!” on April 6 led byNational Arbitration Forum Director of Education Roger Haydock.
Mr. Haydock will conduct an interactive skills workshop thataddresses discovery in arbitration including the rules, motionpractice and the parameters around decision-making, the associationsaid.
