Hub International Limited brokerage has acquired eBenefits Group, LLC, an employee benefits insurance brokerage firm.
Transaction terms were not released.
Chicago-based Hub said eBenefits specializes in streamlining the purchasing of insurance, administration process and client employee benefit communication. The firm has Connecticut locations in Simsbury and Branford. Those offices will be folded into the operations of Hub International Northeast.
