Enkata, a provider of operational performance management (OPM)solutions, has announced the launch of Enkata 6, a new solutiondesigned to deliver industry-specific OPM solutions. The Enkatarelease integrates and analyzes front- and back-office customerlife-cycle data to reduce operational costs while increasingcustomer satisfaction.

Enkata 6 features a suite of applications specifically tailoredfor financial services and a new module that helps health insurersovercome the operational challenges presented by consumer-directedhealthcare (CDHC) plans. The release also improves Enkata'susability throughout the organization, including increasedscalability and security enhancements, advanced collaboration andinitiatives management functionality, and improved role-basedreports, dashboards, and analytics.
