Guidewire Software, a provider of solutions to property andcasualty and workers' compensation insurers, announced that JeffreySimpson has joined the company as chief executive officer andchairman of the board of directors.
The San Mateo, Calif.-based company said Mr. Simpson has 30years experience in information technology and 20 years insoftware.
Mr. Simpson, Guidewire said, brings significant experience ingrowing and leading companies of all sizes, from start-ups toindustry leaders.
