The entry deadline for the National Underwriter “CommercialInsurance Agency Of The Year” award program has been extended toJuly 25. That gives you no more than six weeks to be considered foran award that boosts the stature and reputation of the threefinalist agencies among insurers, fellow agents and buyersalike.
Representatives from three agency finalists will receive freeroundtrip airfare to New York City for the award ceremony, alongwith free hotel accommodations for four nights (Sept. 8-11),coinciding with the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers ofAmerica annual conference.
The finalists–who will each receive separate profiles in a coverstory for the Sept. 12 edition of NU–will take part in a Roundtablediscussion on “The State Of The Agency System” on Sept. 9.Highlights of the Roundtable will appear in a special section inNU's Oct. 3 edition.
