NU Online News Service, April 11, 4:15 p.m.EDT?idNET Inc., which does business as Afni InsuranceServices, announced a joint effort with InStar today to integratepolicy data from the InStar agency management system with CSR24,idNET's customer service solution for both the Web andtelephone.[@@]
According to Simsbury, Conn.-based idNET, this effort willenable InStar users to offer Web-based, 24-hour self-service totheir policyholders and to have a constant live telephone presenceto take policyholder calls.
