Marsh Names New President
NU Online News Service, Sept. 30, 10:08 a.m.EDT?Roger E. Egan, 53, was named president of Marsh Inc.,filling a vacancy created in July when Ray J. Groves left the postto become chairman and chief executive officer.
Mr. Egan joined Marsh in 1972 and moved up through the ranks ofthe firm. He headed the Northeast Region prior to becomingpresident and CEO of North America, a post he held until hisappointment as vice chairman in 2002.
