Florida Okays State Farm Mold Policy Deletion
NU Online News Service, Sept. 8, 2:04 p.m.EDT?State Farm Florida Insurance Co. has been givenpermission by state regulators to delete mold damage coverage fromits homeowners insurance policies.
However, regulators also decided that the insurer must offerpolicyholders the option of adding mold coverage back in for up tothe full policy limit, with an additional premium for thecoverage.
