Chris Folkman is VP of Product Management at Guidewire Software, where he manages a portfolio of data & analytics solutions that help insurers make fast, accurate, and automated decisions. He has extensive experience on both the broker and carrier sides of insurance, where he has led many aspects of property and casualty operations including underwriting, pricing, predictive analytics, catastrophe modeling, and regulatory affairs. Prior to Guidewire, he led the global data team of Risk Management Solutions (RMS). Chris holds a BA from Stanford University.

He is a licensed insurance broker, a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), and an Associate in Risk Management (ARM).
