Each year, Top Workplaces releases its ranking of the best places to work in the U.S. based solely on employee feedback. Its annual survey encourages employees to rate their employer based on metrics like engagement, values, communication, inclusion, training and fairness. For an organization to be considered for the list, it must have at least a 35% survey response rate from its employees.
